Oro Viejo By Dj Nano

Date: 14 DecVenue: Madrid

DJ Nano brought his Oro Viejo session to Starlite Occident Madrid on Thursday, December 14, 2023, as the after party of the first edition’s opening night. The party kicked off in the lounge area once Rod Stewart’s concert was over.

The opening night after party

The first edition of Starlite Occident Madrid began on December 14, 2023 with Rod Stewart in the auditorium and, straight afterwards, Oro Viejo by DJ Nano in the lounge area. It was the first after party of the edition, which scheduled a party every night after the concerts in the Sessions space, equipped with a pioneering sound system, immersive screens and VIP booths. Oro Viejo was also the last name added to the sessions line-up, announced in late November.

A journey through the history of dance music in Spain

DJ Nano is an artist, promoter and radio host who has played the most renowned festivals and clubs in Spain and abroad. In Madrid he did what defines Oro Viejo: a journey through the history of dance music in Spain, built on the most recognisable songs and melodies of several decades. Energy and rhythm drove a set that, in the organisers’ words, stopped being just a big party years ago and became a brand that thousands of people proudly claim as their own.

The parties of the first edition

Oro Viejo by DJ Nano opened a run of after parties that continued on Friday 15 with Juan Magán’s electro latino, on Saturday 16 with the house of Fedde Le Grand and on Wednesday 20 with the Blue Party by Michenlo on closing night. Techno, house, Latin and urban music kept every night of the Christmas edition going until dawn, whether from the dance floor or from the booths.

Oro Viejo by DJ Nano was the first party of Starlite Occident Madrid: the session that opened the nights of the 2023 edition.
