Refund policy

Starlite Occident tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. The general terms applicable to the purchase and use of the ticket are set out below.

General terms

1. The Starlite Occident ticket is valid only for the date indicated on its face. No exchanges or refunds are permitted.
2. Access to the venue will only be authorised upon presentation of the ticket, from the time indicated on the face of the ticket until the end of the event.
3. The right of admission is reserved. Admission will only be granted with the complete ticket.
4. Entry will not be permitted to minors under 16 years of age who are not accompanied by a father, mother or legal guardian responsible for their safety and moral welfare, nor to minors aged between 16 and 18 who are not authorised by their father, mother or legal guardian. Entry is prohibited to children under 3 years of age.
5. Entry to and presence in the venue is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age from 00:00 onwards.
6. Filming or recording all or part of the festival by video, audio or any other means, as well as the use of photographic cameras, is strictly prohibited.
7. In accordance with the applicable regulations in force, smoking is prohibited in the covered areas of the venue.
8. Entry to the venue with bottles, cans, umbrellas, weapons or any object the organisers consider dangerous is prohibited.
9. Access is subject to a search in accordance with the law. Persons who refuse will not be permitted to enter the venue.
10. The prices communicated do not include any distribution fees charged by ticket-selling companies.
11. The organising company of Starlite Occident reserves the right to alter or change, at any time and without prior notice or condition, the programme or established prices and the allocated seat if necessary for safety reasons.
12. The organisers do not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased through official points of sale. Possession of a counterfeit ticket, in addition to not granting access to the venue, will give rise to the relevant legal action. Do not buy your ticket from anyone on the street.
13. The holder of a ticket will forfeit their rights upon leaving the venue.

15. Should the show be cancelled once the ticket holder is inside the venue, only presentation of this ticket will entitle the holder to the rights attached to it. Should the date of the event change for any reason, this ticket will be valid for the final date. In such a case, no refund of the amount paid may be claimed, unless the new date differs by more than one month from the date shown on the face of the ticket.
16. The holder of this ticket acts at their own risk, expressly acknowledging that the organisers cannot be held liable for any risks, damage or any other incident occurring before, during or after their presence in the venue, with the exception of incidents resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
17. The resale of this ticket is prohibited, even for use for promotional or social purposes, without the express written consent of the event promoters.
18. Use of this ticket is mandatory for access to the various areas of the venue and is subject to verification by the event's access control. Its use in unauthorised areas or in an irregular manner will result in its immediate confiscation.
19. Ticket holders whose conduct is contrary to these Terms, or whose tickets have not been purchased through official points of sale, may be refused entry to the venue or removed from it, and such tickets will be invalidated without the right to a refund, with the event organisers reserving, in the exercise of their decision-making powers, the right to use other legal means.
20. The holder of this ticket expressly declares and accepts that their image may be captured and recorded during the event, and therefore assigns, from this moment, free of charge and definitively, to the event promoters all image rights they may hold over such recordings.
21. The nullity, ineffectiveness or non-application by the competent court of any provision of these Terms shall not invalidate the application of the remaining provisions. The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to these Terms whenever these prove necessary, with the updated version available at https://starlitefestival.com
22. In all matters not provided for in these rules, the legislation in force shall apply. The ticket holder expressly declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and that they are fully aware of the rights and obligations arising from them.
