Disney Concert The Sound Of Magic

The programme worked as a “magic carpet” ride through songs, soundtracks and film moments from The Walt Disney Company. It featured titles such as “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”, “Moana”, “Alice in Wonderland”, “Aladdin”, “The Jungle Book”, “Frozen”, “The Lion King”, “Fantasia”, “Encanto” and “Beauty and the Beast”, among others. When the edition closed, the organisers highlighted how the show moved audiences of all ages, within a line-up that also brought together Melendi, Ricky Martin, India Martínez, Miguel Poveda, Emmanuel y Mijares, Gilberto Santa Rosa and Manuel Carrasco.

The concert came one day after Ricky Martin's and on the eve of the Billboard No.1s gala, the first ever held in Spanish and outside the United States, which took over the Auditorium on December 15. The third edition of Starlite Occident Madrid ran until December 23 with concerts, restaurants, a Christmas market and after parties at Starlite Sessions. In that context, Disney in Concert: The Sound of Magic was the date designed for all ages, with a live orchestra and the film footage on screen.
