Diana Ross performed at Starlite Occident Marbella on July 6, 2022. The artist, who began her career in the 1960s with The Supremes, chose the Auditorium for her concert in Spain.
From The Supremes to her latest album
The set combined classics such as "Stop! In the Name of Love", "I'm Still Waiting" and "Upside Down" with songs from her most recent record, including "If the World Just Danced" and "Tomorrow", as well as "All I Do Is Win". The audience spent much of the concert on its feet, and the night ended with "I Will Survive".
More than 40 number ones
Over the course of her career, Diana Ross has reached number one in sales more than 40 times in different countries, with hits such as "Ain't No Mountain High Enough". Her work has left its mark on pop, R&B and soul, and places her among the most respected singers in popular music.

Spain's Minister of Culture and Sport, Miquel Iceta, attended the concert and watched it from the Presidential Box with Sandra García-Sanjuán and Ignacio Maluquer. "I have to admit that, within the programme, I was drawn to Diana Ross, who is from my era", he said on arrival, adding of the venue: "I have found this place wonderful, this quarry is so special". Gunilla von Bismarck also attended.
Diana Ross chose Starlite Occident Marbella for her 2022 concert in Spain, with six decades of songs and "I Will Survive" to say goodbye.
