Gloria Trevi and Mónica Naranjo shared the stage at Starlite Occident Marbella on August 6, 2022, in a double concert with a single date in Spain. For the Mexican artist it was also her first concert in the country.

Gloria Trevi's first concert in Spain

Gloria Trevi had never played a concert in Spain, and she chose the Nagüeles quarry to do it. "Being here tonight at Starlite Occident is the beginning of a dream I cherished for many, many years. It is my first real concert here in Spain, so get ready, because I'm coming in fierce", she said on stage. The night opened with both artists performing "Grande" together, in a programme conceived as a meeting between Mexico and Spain that could only be seen in Marbella.

"Empiezo a recordarte", a cappella

Mónica Naranjo's set included "Entender el amor" and "Desátame", and she saved "Sobreviviré" to close the evening. One of the most emotional moments came with "Empiezo a recordarte", which she chose to sing unaccompanied: "Tonight we are going to do something different and sing in a special way [...]. We are going to make magic". She added: "I know that here you will sing it with me like nowhere else". The Auditorium sang along from start to finish.

"Todos me miran", "Gloria" and a walk through the crowd

Gloria Trevi performed "Todos me miran" and "No querías lastimarme", as well as a version of Umberto Tozzi's "Gloria", a nod to her own name. During "Doctor Psiquiatra" she went down into the audience and sang surrounded by the crowd. Those watching the concert included actress Daniela Santiago, star of the series about La Veneno, model and actress Evangelina Anderson with her daughter, and TV presenter Luján Argüelles.

Gloria Trevi made her debut before a Spanish audience at Starlite Occident Marbella, and she did not do it alone: two repertoires and two voices in one night, with "Grande" as the starting point.
