Eros Ramazzotti
Eros Ramazzotti signed a sold out at Starlite Occident Marbella on August 10, 2023, with 'Latido Infinito', his third festival concert with 35 years of career and 70 million records sold.
70 million records and the consecration from Sanremo to Italy
Eros Ramazzotti marked a moment in Italian light song history, beloved in Spain as much as in Italy: he released all his albums in Spanish versions. His music, compiled in fourteen albums, has sold 70 million records, with over two billion streams and almost two billion YouTube views. It all began in the 80s with "Rock 80" that took him to the Voci Nuove contest and opened the doors of the Sanremo festival in 1984. His consecration came with "In Ogni Senso" released in 15 countries. After previous visits in 2017 and 2019, he returned for the third time to present "Latido Infinito".
Latido Infinito: universal love without borders
The new album is a message of universal love, an anthem to freedom and an invitation to love without limits, borders or barriers. The audience enjoyed tracks like "Sono" along with the great hits from his more than 35 years of career: "La cosa más bella", "Si bastasen un par de canciones" and "Cosas de la vida". The evening was a unique, emotional experience, where Eros Ramazzotti once again proved why he is considered one of the great icons of Italian music. With an energetic, passionate concert, Ramazzotti stepped down to the stalls twice to sing among the audience.
Gianluca Vacchi, Aznar and an international box
Familiar faces like Italian DJ Gianluca Vacchi with Sharon Fonseca, Puerto Rican actor Amaury Nolasco, Princess Ira von Fürstenberg Agnelli, and Brigitte Nielsen enjoyed the concert. Also Cayetana Guillén-Cuervo, Carlos Latre, Luján Argüelles, Arancha de Benito, Malaga-born comedian Edgard Caro, and former Spanish President José María Aznar with Ana Botella. Ramazzotti approached the box where his great friend, Italian DJ Gianluca Vacchi, was sitting, in one of the night's most special moments.
With Eros Ramazzotti, Starlite Occident Marbella confirms its Auditorium as a European home for the most universal Italian light song that continues to move Mediterranean audiences three decades on.
