On 24 June 2023 India Martínez returned to Starlite Occident Marbella for her fifth performance. The Cordoban artist sold out the third night of the XII edition, with "Nuestro Mundo" as the thread of a setlist where flamenco, pop and poetry came together.

An artist who bridges two worlds

Trained first in flamenco and later in pop, India Martínez has become a leading voice in this contemporary fusion. With nine albums, gold and platinum records and Latin Grammy nominations, she proved why she is one of the most intimate and powerful voices in Spanish-language music. "Every time I come to Starlite Occident I feel at home, very loved, very big and full of energy", she said before the show.

Setlist and unforgettable moments

The concert opened with "Nuestro Mundo" and continued with "Corazón Hambriento", "5 Sentíos", "La Gitana", "Olvidé Respirar", "90 Minutos" and "Aguasanta". India stepped down from the stage to sing "Vencer al Amor" surrounded by her audience, and brought one of her young fans on stage to perform "Si ella supiera" together. She also recited a poem from her book "Verdades a medias", chosen by the public.

Familiar faces such as Fiona Ferrer and Marta Martínez-Bordiú, regulars at the festival, enjoyed a show that confirmed why India Martínez's music brings together two generations under the same stars.

Starlite Occident Marbella lived one of those nights when voice, verse and stage come together to serve raw emotion.
