Pablo Lopez
Pablo López sold out two nights at Starlite Occident Marbella on June 23 and August 18, 2023, with his 'Tour Santa Libertad', moving the Marbella audience twice with his piano and voice.
The Málaga artist's double bill with Santa Libertad tour
Pablo López celebrated a double date at Starlite Occident Marbella in 2023. On June 23 he signed the first of two concerts alongside Juan Magán, and on August 18 he repeated sold out. Considered a prodigal son in his land, the singer-songwriter is a festival veteran, having performed up to eight times at its emblematic Auditorium. Throughout his career, he has proven to be an outstanding composer and performer, achieving gold and platinum records and Latin Grammy nominations. His third album "Camino, Fuego y Libertad" was a milestone, while "El Patio" reached chart top positions.
Lo saben mis zapatos: the Málaga artist steps to the audience
"Tour Santa Libertad" captivated the festival's audience. Starlite Occident Marbella offered the Málaga city two chances to witness Pablo López's voice and piano sensitivity. The Auditorium heard live hits like "La Niña de La Linterna", "Tu enemigo", "El Patio", "El Mundo" and "Lo saben mis zapatos", a song with which he stepped off stage to climb to the stands and sing surrounded by the audience. "I think my heart stopped three times. How nice to see your faces from above," he said moments later. "With my voice absolutely surrendered to this place, I want to thank everyone who makes a place like this possible".
Quasi, Premio Ondas and singer Yotuel in the audience
His success has been built with four albums and the Premio Ondas Music Phenomenon of the Year for "MayDay&Stay". Among his acclaimed novelties, "Quasi", a sincere piece addressing a separation. Familiar faces in the audience like singer Yotuel, Andrea Levy and Begoña Trapote did not want to miss the Málaga artist's live show at home. After the Auditorium concert, the party continued at Sessions with the great Glamazonia-themed afterparty, with a new stage and the most advanced audio technology to dance under the stars.
With Pablo López, Starlite Occident Marbella confirms its Auditorium as the artistic home of the Málaga Piano Man, who has made the festival the essential date to move his home audience every summer.
