Camilo closed his tour at Starlite Occident Marbella with two sold-out nights on July 6 and 8, 2024, with Manuel Carrasco as a surprise, filling the Auditorium with the 'tribu' and presenting 'Cuatro'.
Happy place for the Colombian and his tribu
The Starlite Occident Marbella Auditorium was for the sixth and seventh time the place Camilo chose to celebrate love with his "Tribu", his audience. After the five concerts of previous editions, the long-awaited Colombian return consecrated a unique bond with the festival. Bursting on stage barefoot as usual, Camilo presented "Cuatro", the album critics endorse as the boldest of his works. With a sensual, tropical musicality, he moves away from urban to balance between salsa, rumba, bachata, Cuban timba and vallenato. "Tonight Starlite Occident is our safe place," he greeted.
Bebé, Kesi, Vida de rico and Manuel Carrasco surprise
Iconic hits like "Bebé", "Aeropuerto" or "Kesi" were the preamble to new proposals like "Una vida pasada" with Carin León or the catchy son "No se vale" composed with Edgar Barrera. Followed by his most acclaimed collaborations: "Despeinada" with Ozuna, "Tutu" with Pedro Capó, "Contigo voy a muerte" with Karol G or "Tattoo" with Rauw Alejandro. One of the second night's most special moments was Manuel Carrasco's surprise appearance, joining Camilo on stage to perform "Salitre" together. The peak continued with "Índigo", "El mismo aire", "Millones", "Pegao", "Plis" or "Tutu" which he sang among the audience.
Waiting for Amaranto and familiar faces
His partner Evaluna could not join him: "I'm missing Evaluna, Índigo, and my son or daughter, who will be born at any moment. My music is a celebration of love. And these songs, on a day like today, make me feel her close, even when she's far," he declared. "Thank you so much Starlite Occident for a beautiful night. Thanks for letting this be our happy place today!", he said goodbye. Among the attendees, stylist Ana Antic, politician Elías Bendodo, footballer Ignacio Camacho, Evangelina Anderson and influencers Susana Molina, Javier de Miguel, María Partida and Nacho Aragón.
With Camilo, Starlite Occident Marbella reaffirms its Auditorium as the artistic home of the Colombian who has made the festival the happy place where to celebrate each new chapter of his career with his Spanish tribu.
