Opening the XIII edition and new stage
Starlite Occident Marbella opened its XIII edition with an imposing, unprecedented proposal. The emblematic festival of the stars opened its doors with Spain's biggest stage —and one of the world's biggest in a natural setting—, the planet's most advanced sound configuration HOLOPLOT (the same as Madison Square Garden's Sphere Immersive), five restaurants and dreamy lighting. Acclaimed British singer and pianist Jamie Cullum was in charge of inaugurating the impressive new stage and the concert season at the Auditorium.

Jamie Cullum, over two decades, has captivated audiences worldwide and of all ages. He proved once again with his characteristic fusion of jazz, pop and rock why he is one of the most versatile and talented musicians. With ten million albums sold and over 900 million streams to date, Jamie Cullum is known not only for his musical talent but also for his energetic stage presence and his ability to connect with the audience. 53rd anniversary of his parents and Juan Magán at Sessions
Cullum delivered very moving moments, jumping off the great stage to sing among the audience. A special closeness that only happens at this festival. The singer's parents, among the audience, were celebrating their 53rd wedding anniversary at Starlite Occident Marbella. The audience enjoyed a memorable live show with hits like "Get your way" and "Age of anxiety". Familiar faces like model and entrepreneur Mar Flores, journalist Pepe Navarro, Nicole Kimpel and Marta Martínez-Bordiú enjoyed the magical night. The first big after party of the season continued at Sessions with Juan Magán, a surprising immersive experience.
With Jamie Cullum, Starlite Occident Marbella opens the XIII edition confirming its Auditorium as an international home for the great British jazz pop names that return to the festival as if it were home.
