Justin Quiles marks a decade of hits at Starlite Occident

The Puerto Rican artist captivates Marbella with versatility and magnetic charisma

Justin Quiles made his debut at the Starlite Occident Auditorium with a concert full of rhythm, romance and celebration. As part of his “La esencia de J Quiles” tour, the Puerto Rican-American singer celebrated ten years in the music industry with an audience that danced and sang along to every track.

From the first beats, Quiles proved that he is the best performer of his own songs. With a background writing hits for J Balvin, Anitta, Daddy Yankee, Karol G and Maluma, the artist showed he’s just as brilliant in the spotlight. His charisma, flow and stage presence turned the Starlite Occident Auditorium into a full-on party.

His setlist featured songs from his latest album “The Academy: Segunda Misión”, with crowd-pleasers like “La Ranger”, “Quítenme el Teléfono” and “Si, Si, Si, Si”, blending reggaeton, Latin rhythms and heartfelt lyrics. He also performed career staples like “Porfa” and “Qué más pues”, confirming his versatility as an artist.

“I started writing songs at thirteen, but my career began ten years ago. Time has flown by,” he shared, connecting warmly with the audience, who applauded him throughout.

After the concert, the night continued at the Sessions stage, transformed into the ultimate open-air nightclub, with a high-energy after party led by Juan Magán. The dancefloor lit up with “Bailando por ahí”, “Por fin te encontré” and “Verano Azul”, taking the Starlite Occident experience well into the night.

Among the attendees were familiar faces such as former minister Reyes Maroto, model Desiré Cordero, footballers Munir El Haddadi and Luis Milla, rapper Elio Toffana, and actress Ana Peinado.

On a night that celebrated talent, authenticity, and the magic of live music, Justin Quiles earned his place in the heart of the world’s leading boutique festival.
