On Tuesday, August 4^th, the Starlite Occident stage will welcome Sergio Dalma, one of the most distinctive and recognizable voices on the music scene in recent times.

Throughout his more than three-decade career, Sergio Dalma has reinvented the romantic ballad with contemporary sensibility and an infallible instinct for creating memorable melodies. His hits, such as “Bailar pegados”, “Esa chica es mía” and “Galilea”, have marked generations and consolidated his position as one of the most prominent figures on the Spanish music scene. Thanks to the versions of his songs in different languages and his ability to convey universal emotions beyond romantic clichés, Sergio Dalma has become an artist with global reach.

Fifteen years after the release of his acclaimed album Via Dalma, which sold over 300,000 copies, the singer returns to Italy with his latest work, Ritorno a Via Dalma. In this project, Sergio Dalma tackles songs by contemporary Italian artists that form part of the collective imagination, reinterpreting them with his unique voice and consolidating his ability to connect with different generations of listeners.
