The great Spanish pop hits of the 1980s and 1990s will be played once again at the Starlite Night Club on Tuesday 11 August, courtesy of Marisol.
Made up of five friends from Madrid who decided in 2016 to take to the stage together once more, Marisol was formed with a very clear aim: to recapture the thrill of playing live and share with the audience the songs that defined an entire generation.
Their show features fresh, energetic and characterful covers of the great classics of Spanish pop and rock, alongside the occasional nod to contemporary bands and those lesser-known gems that always take you by surprise. Their repertoire includes tracks by Hombres G, Los Secretos, Alaska, Los Ronaldos, Loquillo and other essential artists from the 1980s and 1990s.
Every one of Marisol’s performances goes far beyond a mere concert: it’s a proper party where nostalgia, fun and the urge to sing come together to create an unforgettable night.
