Christian Nodal shines at Starlite Occident with a Mexican-style celebration

Tour finale in Spain with emotions, mariachis and a major surprise

Christian Nodal closed his Spanish tour with a vibrant concert at Starlite Occident 2024, in a night that was more than just music: a heartfelt celebration of Mexican culture under the Marbella stars. At just 25, the artist proved why he’s one of the most global figures in regional music.

From the opening notes of “Adiós Amor”, the Auditorium surrendered to his voice and charisma. Nodal delivered his biggest hits like “Ya no somos ni seremos”, “De los besos que te di”, “Probablemente”, “La Mitad” and “Botella tras botella”, blending mariachi, norteño, trap and reggaeton in his own signature style: mariacheño.

Thank you, Starlite Occident, for filling Marbella with color. It’s an honor to come from the other side of the world and hear you sing my songs so beautifully,” the singer shared emotionally.

One of the night’s most memorable moments came when he brought up his friend Guillermo Ochoa, legendary goalkeeper of Mexico’s national team, to celebrate his 39th birthday. Together they sang “Adiós Amor” and Nodal dedicated him “Las Mañanitas”, earning a roaring ovation from the crowd.

The artist, who already boasts five Latin Grammys, eight Billboard Latin awards and collaborations with stars like Ricky Martin, David Bisbal, Camilo and Peso Pluma, showed his powerful voice and deep connection with the audience, who sang every song with passion.

Familiar faces like Mexican artist Bibiana Domit and Marta Martínez-Bordiú were also spotted in the audience, enjoying one of the summer’s most exciting nights in a truly exclusive setting.

After the concert, the party continued at Sessions, where music, technology and a festive vibe created an immersive open-air experience, with DJ sets under the starry sky.

Starlite Occident 2024 once again proves it is the world’s leading boutique festival, offering a lineup that transcends styles and connects cultures.
