On Friday, August 16th, Abraham Mateo and Nil Moliner, two of the great promises of Spanish pop, will offer a unique night of music at Starlite Occident.
At just 14 years old, Abraham Mateo became internationally known with the song “Señorita”. Since then, the Spanish singer, composer and producer has evolved artistically on multiple levels, making the public part of hits such as “No Encuentro Palabras”, “Loco Enamorado“, “Me Vuelvo Loco”, “Tiempo Pa Olvidar” or “¿Qué Ha Pasao’?”; starring in explosive collaborations with Jennifer Lopez, Becky G, CNCO, Manuel Turizo, 50 Cent, Yandel, Sofia Reyes, David Guetta, Luis Fonsi or Farruko.
Mateo’s musical fusions include Pop, Reggaeton, R&B elements, and of course, the characteristic Spanish instrumentation, which make his sound unique. Consolidated as a worldwide phenomenon, he has positioned his songs at the top of the music charts. Among his most recent songs, hits such as “Clavaito” (Chanel), “Quiero Decirte” (Ana Mena), “Maníaca”, “Tequiero” (Vicco), “Te Miro A La Cara” (Daviles de Novelda), “XQ Sigues Pasando ” (Sebastián Yatra) make it evident that Abraham Mateo’s growth is unstoppable.
Nil Moliner is a musician and composer, or as he likes to say, “I write songs and laugh a lot”. With his debut album “Bailando en la batalla” he reached number 2 in the official album sales chart in Spain, and with the single “Soldadito de Hierro” (feat. Dani Fernández) he was certified Triple Platinum. He also has several Platinum Albums for “Mi Religión” (x2), “Bailando”, “Esperando”, “Libertad” (x2) and also several Gold Albums for “El Despertar”, “Por Última Vez”, “Hijos de la Tierra”, “Sin Tu Piel”, “Cien por cien“, “Se Me Va”, “Mejor así” and “Meneito” with the Colombian Yera (Platinum Album).
In 2021 he released his second album, “Un Secreto Al Que Gritar”, which includes hits such as “Me Quedo Mejor Así”, “Libertad” and “Me quedo”, with Ana Mena. In 2023, Nil Moliner released his third album, “Lugar Paraíso”, with hits such as “Dos Primaveras“, “Luces de Ciudad” and “Vuela Alto”, marking a new era full of music.
