Starlite Occident’s Lounge Stage will host Mexico’s Yng Lvcas for the first time on Monday, July 22nd.
With more than 20 million monthly listeners and as the #254 artist in the world on Spotify, Daniel Oswaldo Donlucas Martinez, artistically known as Yng Lvcas, has positioned himself as a standard bearer of Mexican Reguetón and leader of the urban music movement. Yng Lvcas took off in the music scene dabbling in Trap and Reguetón in 2020, forming a style that a year later would lead him to publish his first album “Wup? Mixtape1”.
In 2023 he released the remix of “La Bebé” together with Peso Pluma, a track with which he went from being a promising singer-songwriter to a viral phenomenon, getting so far more than 950 million plays on Spotify and 643 million on YouTube.
