A historic night of singing and guitar celebrating the greatness of the genre
Starlite Occident 2025 turned into a true flamenco tablao with the union of two icons: Israel Fernández and Tomatito, who delivered an evening overflowing with artistry, authenticity and emotion. Marbella’s quarry was the perfect setting for a performance that showcased flamenco as a living cultural treasure.

The evening began with the prodigious guitar of Tomatito, an undisputed legend of the genre and longtime partner of Camarón de la Isla. His tangos, bulerías, rondeñas and fandangos filled the Auditorium with the elegance and mastery that have made him one of the most admired guitarists worldwide. Each note was a lesson in rhythm and soul, reaffirming why his name is synonymous with greatness.
Then came the voice of Israel Fernández, who brought his personal vision to the purity of flamenco. Performing alegrías, tangos, bulerías and fandangos, and accompanied by Diego del Morao alongside a stellar ensemble of backing vocals, handclaps and cajón, he created a show brimming with strength, sensitivity and artistic honesty. His singing, steeped in truth and emotion, captivated the audience completely.
Among the attendees were rapper Elio Toffana and influencer Ana Peinado, who enjoyed a magical night under the stars, witnessing once again how Starlite Occident becomes the home of flamenco.
At the end of the night, the celebration carried on at the Lounge with Club Folclore, a vibrant after party that kept the quarry alive with music and dancing until late.
Starlite Occident 2025 once again reaffirmed its boutique essence, offering unique nights where tradition and modernity come together on an incomparable stage.
