Taburete and Lérica light up Starlite Occident 2024

A night of pop, flamenco fusion and emotion to celebrate a decade of music

Taburete returned to the Starlite Occident 2024 Auditorium to celebrate their 10th anniversary in style, marking their seventh consecutive performance at the boutique festival. From the very first chord, Willy Bárcenas and Antón Carreño had the crowd on their feet, delivering a dynamic show full of hits, new tracks and heartfelt moments.

It’s such a thrill to be back. Eight years later, we’re still filling this Auditorium. It’s a real privilege. Thank you from the heart,” Bárcenas shared, reflecting on their early days in Marbella and how far they’ve come since playing small venues.

Part of their Matadero 5 tour, the concert delivered catchy pop anthems and stories of love and youth. They performed crowd favorites like “Sirenas”, “Caminito a Motel”, “Walter Palmeras” and “Amos del Piano Bar”, along with Mexican-influenced tracks like “México D.F.”. Newer releases from their latest album, such as “Roto y Elegante”, “La Discoteca” and “Penúltimo Beso”, rounded out the set.

The audience danced nonstop, singing along to every lyric as the Madrid duo lit up the stage with energy and charm. Dressed casually and full of joy, their authenticity and connection with the crowd made for a standout night.

The party continued at Sessions stage with Lérica, the daring duo from Cádiz. Tony Mateo and Juan Carlos Arauzo brought their signature Latin pop and flamenco fusion to life, turning the quarry into a summer dance floor.

Songs from their albums “Cien Mil Motivos” and “Cocoterapia”, as well as recent hits like “Garito en Malasaña” featuring Came Beats and “Llorando en el Lambo” with Mar Lucas, who joined them on stage, made for an explosive finish.

Nature, innovation and cutting-edge music merged to create a magical, high-energy night under Marbella’s stars. Among the guests were familiar faces like Victoria Federica, Amaia Salamanca, Rosauro Varo, Manuel Martos, Dani García and Loreto Sesma.
