Take That dazzles Starlite Occident with back-to-back sold outs

The iconic British boyband shines in Marbella with two nights of nostalgia and energy

Take That became one of the major highlights of Starlite Occident 2024, selling out the Auditorium for two consecutive nights. Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald took the stage as part of their “This Life Under the Stars” tour, delivering a heartfelt and high-energy show packed with memories.

We don’t play in places like this every day. Thank you, Starlite Occident, for having us. We hope to come back soon,” they shared warmly with an adoring crowd.

With the same vitality that launched their career 35 years ago, the trio delivered an epic setlist including “Pray”, “Relight My Fire”, “Everything Changes”, “Back for Good”, “Patience”, “Shine”, “Rule the World” and “How Deep Is Your Love”, alongside new tracks from their latest album “This Life” (2023).

The Starlite Occident Auditorium turned into a sanctuary for British pop, where fans across generations sang and danced to songs that have shaped three decades of music. Their stylish and energetic staging reinforced the band’s timeless appeal, showing why they continue to inspire groups like Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls and One Direction.

Take That’s legacy is undeniable: over 45 million albums sold, countless global No.1 hits and decades of sold-out tours. But beyond the numbers, what truly shone in Marbella was their authenticity, warmth and passion for live music.

After the concert, the Sessions space transformed into an open-air nightclub, with top resident DJs keeping the celebration alive under the stars. Familiar faces like singer Fernando López (Modestia Aparte) and Marta Martínez-Bordiú were among the attendees.

In a breathtaking natural setting, enhanced by cutting-edge technology and dreamlike atmosphere, Starlite Occident lived two unforgettable nights with one of pop’s most iconic bands.
