The Malaga-born singer-songwriter turns the Auditorium into a celebration of love, music and family
Starlite Occident was Vanesa Martín’s chosen stage to bring her 2024 tour to a powerful close, in a night filled with emotion, connection and standing ovations. It was her second concert at the festival this summer, following her June 29 performance, and became a one-of-a-kind experience for all attendees.
“Starlite Occident feels like family. I’m so comfortable here I don’t want to leave,” she shared, moved by the unique energy and warmth of the boutique festival.

The show was a journey through her 15+ year career, with beloved anthems like “Frenar enero”, “Complicidad”, “Polvo de Mariposas”, “Te has perdido”, “Y vuelo”, “Inventas” and “No te pude retener”. Her lyrics speak of love, resilience and life with singular sensitivity.
Vanesa also performed tracks from her latest album, “Placeres y Pecados”, such as “Punto y Coma”, “Cuando no estabas” and “Si pudiera”, the latter a moving collaboration with Jesse & Joy. Her voice, powerful and full of feeling, reached every corner of the quarry with unmatched intensity.
One of the most touching moments came when she invited her sisters-in-law onstage: “In my house we always end up singing. They were here last year too, and tonight, since it’s the tour’s finale, I wanted them with me again,” she said with laughter and affection.
The Starlite Occident Auditorium pulsed with love, passion and connection, reflecting the bond Vanesa creates with her audience. Among the guests were familiar faces like Sonsoles Ónega, Carmen Lomana, María Casado and Jorge Redondo, enjoying a truly magical night.
After the concert, DJ Robin Schulz took over the Sessions stage, delivering a high-energy after party with his signature blend of house, electro and pop. In his first visit to the festival, he proved why he’s a global standout.
Vanesa Martín bid farewell to summer at Starlite Occident 2024 the only way she knows how: with honesty, artistry and infectious passion.
