A return filled with nostalgia, family moments and classics that remain alive
Starlite Occident 2025 experienced one of its most anticipated reunions with Al Bano and Romina Power, a duo that marked generations with unforgettable songs and returned to Marbella to take the audience on a journey through memory and emotion. The sold-out Auditorium became a stage of shared recollections, where every song was a piece of history.

From the very beginning, Al Bano’s powerful voice and Romina Power’s delicacy blended in perfect harmony, moving the audience. Anthems like “Felicità”, “Sharazan”, “Ci sarà” and “Libertà” were sung loudly by the crowd, reliving the golden years of the Italian duo. Between songs, they shared anecdotes, stories from their tours and personal memories, making the evening feel like an intimate conversation with thousands of friends.
A highlight of the night was the appearance of their son Yari Carrisi Power, who joined them on stage. His presence brought freshness and symbolized the artistic legacy passed down through generations, completing a vital and musical circle.
“Starlite Occident is a true musical paradise. I know Spain better than many Spaniards and I feel part of this country,” said an emotional Al Bano. Romina added: “It’s so beautiful to be back, I missed it dearly. I always loved Spain, its beaches, its people, and being here again is a gift.”
Among the attendees were Antonio Díaz (El Mago Pop), José Ramón de la Morena, Monika Bacardi, Alba Díaz with her siblings Manuel and Triana, and Virginia Troconis, who later enjoyed the after party following the concert.
The evening unfolded calmly, like an intimate chat where time seemed to stand still. When the lights went out after two hours, the feeling was unanimous: some songs transcend decades and continue to find their place in the hearts of those who listen.
Starlite Occident 2025 once again proved why it is the world’s leading boutique festival, hosting nights where music becomes memory and shared celebration.
